My name is Savorian. I started a mindfulness class centered around my own gut and booty health journey because I wanted to hold  myself accountable to doing the work. The gut and glutes class is designed to enhance your mind-body connection by focusing on gut health and building strong, healthy glutes. In each session we will integrate mindful movements with reflective journaling; nurturing both our physical strength and our emotional intelligence.

About My Journey...

I would love to give you this glitz and glam story about my journey to beginning a mindfulness and wellness practice, but I simply do not have that. I created this class because I needed it for me! I could no longer ignore this part of my journey, where deep meditative healing and contemplation needed to take place so that I could find my center and expand.

I was stuck at a crossroads in my life. The old me was no longer and I did not yet know who the new me was emerging as. For months, I was in a dark place of not knowing.

I had to create a new me and I had no idea how I was going to do that when all the things I felt as though I needed to master were above me. Like in a place I could not reach. True mastery of self isn't an easy ask. There are sacrifices, dedications, and disciplines that I did not know if I was ready to commit to in order to see the transformation I wanted to see happen in my life.

I labored internally to the point of weariness, knowing that me refusing to take action was keeping me where I no longer wished to be.

I could say this is because I have no choice, but we all know that we have choices.

Frequently Asked Questions?

Do I need any previous yoga or mindfulness experience to join?

No experience is necessary! Our classes are designed to support all fitness and experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.

What do I need to prepare for class?

All you need is a yoga mat or comfortable flooring, a quiet space to move freely, water, and a journal or notebook for reflection exercises. Yoga blocks (optional).

How do the online classes work?

Classes are held via Zoom. Upon registration, you'll receive a secure link to join the session. Simply log in at the scheduled class time. We recommend scheduling your class on your calendar and setting a reminder so you don't forget your class time. There is also an option to sign up for text alerts.

What happens if I miss a class?

There is no recorded option for trial classes. If you miss your trial class, there also is no refund. We will allow one reschedule for a missed class. We know things happen. Only those who purchase a class pack have a limited time access to recordings. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be securely made via major credit cards and PayPal directly through our website. There is also an option to pay via VENMO @saviifit. If you need an invoice please message me and I will send a link to your email to pay via STRIPE and receive an invoice.

Can I take more than one class type with a class pack?

Yes. Whatever class options are on offer at the date range of the class pack are eligible to be applied to the participants digital punch card.

How long does a class pack last?

You have a 3 month window to use your class pack before it expires. For example, if you purchase a 10-pack on 1/1/2025, then you have until March 31, 2025 to use up your classes.

How do refunds work?

There is no refunds on trial classes as they are already cheap. If you miss your selected class, you will have one opportunity to reschedule. Class packs can be refunded up to 14 days after purchase. After this, there is NO REFUNDS. NO ACCEPTION.

Are there any forms I need to sign before participating in class?

Yes, all first-time students must complete and electronically sign a standard liability waiver and disclosure form before joining or paying for a class. Upon registration, you'll conveniently receive these documents via email to review and sign online, ensuring a safe and informed class experience for everyone.
